Greetings! What you see is exactly what you get. I price everything aggressively to sell. Sometimes I end up pricing the items so low, that I sell below cost when it is all said and done, and I spend a little of my money to procure the item. I am not trying to gouge your wallet just because the items are no longer on sale. Instead, think of my store as a way to contribute to Star Citizen's long-living development. So, buy with confidence! I pride myself on getting shipments out as quickly as possible, within a few minutes, if not a few hours. If there are any hangups or if I know there will be any delay, I'll email you directly at your provided RSI email address. If you have any questions, please contact me on Discord: WindWalker#5501. I do not have an unlimited supply; I tend to stock only 10-15 total time-limited paints (such as Concept Concierge, Fortuna, Auspicious, Lovestruck, Invictus, etc). After over 850 transactions, I have troubleshooting tips to share:

  • Check your Spam folders because sometimes gift emails go to spam.
  • When ordering multiple items, the multiple gift emails can come back-to-back and look the same, but sometimes, people will forget to claim an item earlier in the email thread, so be sure to check for all emails sent by RSI when claiming the gifts. 
  • When you accept a gift, the items in your hangar are sorted by pledge date, not the claim date. So, if an item was pledged sometime last year, it will be placed lower in your hangar, and you may struggle to find it even after a successful gift. When in doubt, scroll through your entire hangar to find your item.
  • Always feel comfortable reaching out to SH's customer support; they are super fast and friendly and will make sure your order goes smoothly.
