I have received the product exactly as specified in the FAQ. While i read that most people received their orders in minutes, in my particular case it was 5-6 hours. None the less it is well under the max 24 hours they specify in advance. The product was sent via the gift system under RSI website and i have redeemed it by clicking the link in the e-mail, no issues. So all is good, recommended!
