I received the item I ordered, although it was slightly delayed. The order was supposed to be fulfilled over the weekend, so I have no complaints about the delay. After contacting customer support, the issue was resolved quickly, and the item arrived without any further problems. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the service.

Got what I paid for but didn't get it within the advertised time frame (24h). I had to submit a ticket and I got it almost immediately after. No Biggie, just annoying.
