Star Hangar protects your sales!
This chapter describes how your sales on Star Hangar protects your payment as an escrow and helps protect you against ilicit disputes. To get back to the overview on all Star Hangar security measures, please click here!
When a buyer place an order, payment is first transferred to Star Hangar who then holds your funds in escrow.
For your convenience, you are instantly informed of your sale via both email and SMS (so no need to actively poll your mailbox), so you can put your goods aside for delivery.
Before you can deliver it though, Star Hangar verifies the payment and ensures, that your money is safe and secure on our account. Only then, we will provide you access to the delivery address, thus ensuring you cannot send merchandise preliminary by accident. Once your and you can be sure that as soon as you are able to send the item, its also safe to do so!
Simply go to your account details' 'My Shipments' page - orders that are safe to be delivered are highlighted in blue. Please note to ship sold merchandise within 24 hours!
A longer delivery time may cause your order to be cancelled. Simply open the order and follow the instructions shown in the delivery menu.
Once proof of delivery was uploaded, the buyer is instantly notified of the delivery.
The customer has then 48 hours to report any issues. Should issues be stated, Star Hangar will step in to mediate and help both the buyer and you as a seller to resolve the issue in the best way possible.
Once your delivery has been cleared, we credit payment to your wallet from where you can cash it out to either your PayPal account or to another available payment provider chosen.
