Carrack to Hull E Upgrade - CCU

This is an Upgrade from an Anvil Carrack to a MISC Hull E.

The Hull E is a Limited Ship making this one of the last ways available to obtain with LTI.(Using LTI Base Ship)

Simply Upgrade from an LTI Carrack(Can be obtained with an LTI token and considerable savings from Warbond CCUs).

This offers the added bonus of if you upgrade from a Giftable LTI token/Carrack the Hull E will then be giftable as well for future flexibility(if you want to trade or sell).

To reitierate this is a wiser choice than buying an already CCUd Hull E, which would be entirely account locked. (Melting would grant a relativiley small percentage back in credit, and there will be no sign of any Hull E ever exisiting in your buy back) 

Have extra Carracks in UEE Explorer packs and don't want one of the very few combat ships it can be CCU'd into?  This is the best if not only option to CCU above a Carrack with an emphasis on industry.
